How to prepare
- 4 oz Guelaguetza's Mole Paste
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 Oaxacan chocolate disc (12.5g) [Can substitute with brown sugar]
- Dash of Salt
RECIPE:
- Strain the tomato paste into a sauce pan and stir in Guelaguetza's mole paste until the paste has fully dissolved.
- Bring mole mixture to medium heat; add chicken broth.
- Season with salt and chocolate (to your preference.)
- Stir for another 5-10 minutes until the mole comes to a boil.
