We absolutely love Sherry and want to share our passion with you. We have long wanted to do a series of Sherry classes, so we are kicking off the new year with a basic "Sherry 101" to help introduce you to all its glories. We will cover the basics of production and taste an example from each of the main styles. Since Sherry is also one of the most versatile food wines on the planet, each taste will be paired with a small bite to demonstrate this affinity. After all, how could 48 million Spaniards be wrong. Whether you are new to Sherry, looking to reconnect with it, or just looking for a really great evening, this is the tasting for you.
