This single plot Rioja is an expression of Rioja's pre-commercial roots. Ancient vines of Garnacha are interplanted on a stony, high elevation site with the white varieties Viura and Calagraño. This is the way it used to be in Rioja, far more diverse than the Tempranillo dominated program of today. Elegance, complexity, and oceanic depth come through with supreme elegance, without the interference of new oak.
