Philippe's Sauvignon Blanc has bold aromas of peach and pithy apricot, lime juice, basil and lemongrass. The palate is fresh and brisk, yet creamy, elevating flavors of orange and meyer lemon leavened with a dash of limestone soil. There is purity here that Sauvignon Blanc rarely achieves. Delicious by itself, but this wine could easily mix it up with a spicy sushi roll or curried chicken dishes.
