The Priure Saint Christophe is a tiny vineyard in Frétérive, along Savoie's wine growing corridor. Originally brought back from the wild by a man named Michel Grisard, this is the most important Mondeuse vineyard in the world, and has played a significant role in rescuing the grape from obscurity. Now in the capable hands of the Giachino family, the winery continues to produce the best Mondeuse in the world.
