Reverdito's Verduno Pelaverga is a perfect example of what it should be. A white wine in every way but color. Singsong crunchy red strawberries, basil and oregano. Crunchy palate that bursts on the finish with fresh acidity and sunshine. There's nothing super complicated about this wine, but it's not exactly simple either.
