Rossese is a rare red grape native to Italian Liguria and French Provence. It makes for light, appealingly fruity, herb scented red and rose wines with underrated potential for complexity and depth. This wine from Manzone is the white mutation, impossibly rare, but capable of some of the same herbaceous notes and complexity.
