This Pastel is equal parts Grenache and Cinsault, with a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon for extra herbaceous notes. Fresh and breezy with a lip smacking and crisp finish that leaves behind the white strawberries, yellow currants, gooseberries and garrigue that feature throughout.
